These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the checkinpro.app website and the CHECK-IN PRO vehicle check-in and documentation software (the “Service”), operated by CHECK IN PRO (“CHECK-IN PRO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
CHECK-IN PRO lets automotive businesses document vehicle condition at intake through photos, videos, notes, customer authorizations, electronic signatures, and generated PDF reports. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on prospective renewals with reasonable notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
We may offer a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials at any time.
You retain ownership of the customer records, photos, videos, signatures, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your customers to collect and store their information and signatures, and for using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by CHECK-IN PRO and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the Service.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as payment and storage providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete Your Content after a reasonable period consistent with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. CHECK-IN PRO is a documentation tool and does not provide legal advice; you are responsible for determining whether your documentation meets your legal needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHECK-IN PRO and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHECK-IN PRO from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CHECK IN PRO is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
